Jhonatan worked for several years in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, in the “Yoshi” restaurant and in the L'Atelier of the renowned Chef Joël Robuchon, maximum winner of Michelin stars worldwide, so his work is close to perfection.
In his career are the Wiltro restaurants, later called Piacenza, by Chef Gustavo Martínez, the Hotel W by Chef Eduardo Osuna and Hugo Segundo, a Turquoise Foundation fellow, the Dietrich restaurant as Chef, the Padella restaurant as Executive Chef, in Anónimo Polanco as head chef and as Executive Chef in Palmarés Azotea.
Likewise, in Mexico he has taught in different institutions such as “El Culinario Coronado”; the “Corbuse Institute” where he served as director; at the Universidad del Valle de México Campus Lomas Verdes where he held the position of operations supervisor and instructor, and finally at the “Culinary Art School Tijuana” as an instructor.
